Our society thrives on rules. There are rules for everything. Be – Do – Have

I was talking to a business partner of mine recently who is setting up a very innovative Internet concept. In a matter of minutes the main topic of our discussion had been discussed and we started talking about the future. What our dreams are and how we envision the future. It was a very interesting talk, even though it only lasted for a couple of minutes. After those couple of minutes we both went back to the usual business. He back to working his job so he can soon roll out his concept and I got back to working on my current project. This is key to achieving our goals, we have to be first, do second and have third. Both of us are, so right now we need to do. Which meant getting back to our day-to-day activities for now.

Everyone can be wealthy

Last week I had a discussion with two of my friends about being rich. They shared the opinion that it is impossible for everyone to be rich. October 2009

My lower back injury is providing more of a pain in the ass so to speak than I had hoped. Second, my costs were a little higher than last month.

How automatic or ‘residual’ income works

How do they do it? Those people who have tons of money, yet seem to be working hardly if at all. Their secret is that they have found a source of automatic income. Your house is not an asset… nor is anything else you own

If you have ever tried to get a loan from a bank, or have applied for a creditcard, you'll be familiar with the term 'asset'. Simply stated, the bank identifies those things that you own which can be sold for money to be an 'asset'. For the bank, there must be a low risk to the value of these 'assets'. Therefore, the bank thinks your house, car, expensive Armani suit and all the other valuable 'stuff' you have are assets. Your bank is an idiot.
